GEARBOXES
Direct flanged to our axle and provided with an adaptable motor interface or connected throw a cardan shaft, we can supply Gearboxes 1 or two speeds, with a max output torque of 2.200Nm and 3500 rpm as input range of the motor . Different ratios 1:3.16 / 1:4.28 / 1:5 as well as a parking disc brakes, with different braking efficiencies to be selected according to vehicles’ requirements.
Gearbox one speed
Direct flanged to our axle because designed with an adapt motor interface or connected throw a cardan flange, Suitable for 4×4 vehicles with hydraulic, mechanical or electric transmission, we can supply Gearboxes 1 speed. Three different ratios (I=1:3.16 , I= 1: 4.28 or i= 1: 5,1 ) are in standard production. A parking disc brakes, with different braking efficiencies, to be selected according to vehicles’ requirements, are also available . Available also a third open differential 100% lockable, with a 100% mechanical locking managed with hydraulic servo system and supplied with Inductive proximity sensor for the locking control. Available the standard version with a maximum input 450Nm and 5.000rpm input range of the motor or also the improved HD version with a 600Nm input and 6.000rpm input range of the motor.
Gearbox two speeds
Direct flanged to our axle because designed with an adapt motor interface or connected throw a cardan flange, suitable for 4×4 vehicles with hydraulic, mechanical or electric transmission, we can supply Gearboxes 2 speeds . Different ratios (I=1:3.16 , I= 1: 4.28 or i= 1: 5,1, 2,7 and 4.87 ) are in standard production. The change of speed is driven by a hydraulic servo system electronically managed and connected with inductive proximity sensors able to indicate gear position (1st/2nd or neutral). Parking disc brake, with different braking efficiencies, to be selected according to vehicles’ requirements, is available. As option also a third open differential 100% lockable, with a 100% mechanical locking managed with hydraulic servo system and supplied with Inductive proximity sensor for the locking control. Available the standard version with a maximum input 450Nm and 5.000rpm input range of the motor or also the improved HD version with a 600Nm input and 6.000rpm input range of the motor.

Gearboxes designed for answering to increasing market need of compact products, made of components selected to ensure high levels of reliability and safety, even when used in demanding conditions. . The overall efficiency of the axles approaches 95%, with noise emissions well below the limits prescribed for indoor and/or nighttime operation. The availability of an adapt motor interface allows the direct connection with the motor. Different ratios options are available. The range consists of different solutions with a maximum allowable input torque of 160 Nm and maximum input speed of 6000 rpm.
